Turn Around Time.
Our turn around time is 12-15 days including making and delivery. We try to make and deliver it as early as possible.
In case of certain products, the turn around time can be extended also.
Is Cash on Delivery Available?
Currently, we don't have Cash On Delivery available.
What Are Your Payment Modes?
We only work on prepaid orders. There are various modes of payment available when you checkout, such as Card/Net Banking/UPI/Wallets.
Do You Ship Internationally ?
We’re sorry to say that we don’t ship internationally. We’re growing quickly and hope to accommodate orders outside India in the future.
What Are Your Shipping Charges?
Our shipping charges starts from Rs.100.
The shipping charges varies according to the location, weight and volume of the product.
Which Courier Service Do You Use?
We ship our products by DTDC courier service. Please let us know if you don't have DTDC service in your case and in that case we'll ship it through some other courier.
My Parcel Has Been Returned, What Should I Do?
In case a parcel gets returned to me under the following situations, it will be sent back to you after paying the delivery charges again :
1.The parcel was attempted to be delivered to your address but no one was present at the time (unclaimed).
2. You may have entered an incomplete/wrong address when placing the order (insufficient address).
Can I Add More Products To My Order?
Yes you can. You can WhatsApp us for more information. For any additions to the order, the shipping charges might change depending on the order and the additional products.
Do You Take Urgent Orders?
We usually don't take urgent orders. But in certain situations if it is possible we take urgent orders with extra charges as per the product.
How Many Days Does A Product Take To Get Ready?
Everything here is handmade. The making time for a product depends on the particular product. Some products can be ready in 2 days and some might take 4-5 days also. Some products may take longer depending on your customisation.
Do You Offer Discounts?
We offer discounts that are available on our website in the form of coupons. you can select the coupons after you add products to your carts. If you would like to order more than 7 products or if your bill is more than 5000/- you can directly get in touch with us over WhatsApp for extra discounts.
Can I Customise My Gift?
Yes, totally. There are a lot of ways in which you can do more customizations to your gift apart from the ones given on the website.
