As we make each piece on order, we can take no cancellation.

We currently do not have a cash refund/return policy.

INCASE any damage piece is received, we will exchange the product for you. We would like you to shoot an unwrapping video (without any cut or pause) of the parcel. With proper evidence, we will happily replace it with a new item. For an exchange of damaged product, the new product will be shipped within 7-10 working days.

In case you don't want an exchange, we can provide a flat discount of the same amount on your next order.
